The illustrations were taken from the "Dictionnaire Universel d' Histoire Naturelle" (Paris 1849) by Charles d' Orbigny, "Considered the most beautiful illustrated encyclopedia of natural history" The cards were produced in Italy by Lo Scarabeo. The cards are bridge sized and cellophane sealed inside the box. This deck contains 52 different card faces. These cards are perfect for any lover of butterflies and make a great unique gift.
