Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. (U.S. orders only) However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. We do not inflate shipping costs and do not charge a handling fee. We ship USPS Priority Mail. Items are always shipped within 1 business day of payment. This means you get your product fast, safe and at a very fair cost.
Q: Do you offer shipping discounts for large orders? A: Yes, I have configured the shipping costs to reflected discounts for all order. (Example) you will pay the same shipping for 5 - 10 decks.
Q: I saw something I liked before but it is not on the site now? A: If you are interested in something you saw in the past and don't see it now, Just call and ask I more then likely still have it or can get it. If you could see my office you would understand how things get screwed up around here.
Q: Are all the items new? A: Yes nothing here is used.
Q: Do you ship Internationally? A: Yes, On most items we ship world wide. If an item can not be shipped internationally it should state " ships to US address only" in the product description.
Q: I am an International customer and my credit card is not working? A: Authorize.net does all of my Credit Card Processing. At checkout they verify all the information given by the issuing bank and the billing address, if it can not be verified the card will be declined, many times it can be for a reason as simple as many countries use letters or symbols that are not recognized in the U.S. I can manually call Authorize.net and verify your information so please don't get discouraged. If you are having any problem with the checkout process please just contact me.
